Valerie Budd’s Bio

Getting into the Vacation Rental business was not a plan of Valerie Budd’s. However, it has proven to be very profitable industry for her. With the purchase of her first vacation property in2006 and enjoying successfully rentals that year, she realized this vacation rental industry had great possibilities.Her company, Alpha Omega Management, LLC with a dba Amazing Branson Rentals,currently manages/owns over 24 vacation rentals and has provided stays for over 20,000 guests. Her company also manages/owns over 25 annual-rental residential properties. In 2012,Valerie was interviewed as a resource for the Best-Selling book HOLD which was co-written by Gary Keller, of Keller Williams. Valerie has also been interviewed for a HomeAway podcast. When evaluating new properties for investment Valerie focuses on cash flow, supply/demand and location. Emotions are not part of the purchase decision. As this industry is constantly evolving our marketing strategies does as well. As the market changes, her company’s mission statement does not.
